Designing a Space
This includes two consultations, a design board, inventory sheet (to stay within your budget) and install. We pride ourselves on budget friendly designs. First consultation is FREE, we want to get a sense of your personal style and the function of the space you would like designed. Along with questions that are imperative to making your space unique, enjoyable and everything you envisioned it to be. Second consultation will be delivery of design board to ensure you love the new style we have created for you. Establish install date, and were off to the races! We work at making this as easy and stress free as possible. Its our job to bring your dreams to life. $90/HR
Refresh Design
This includes a consultation to discuss budget, I find out your inspiration for the room. We schedule a install day and I make it come to life! $1200
E-Design
This service includes a skype or phone consultation, design board, sources to all furniture and décor, and recommendations for placement of all pieces. $850
Our Process
Phase 1: Design Consultation
Let’s connect. We will meet with you in your home or business to get a better understanding of your space and lifestyle. We discuss your design style, practical needs, budget, timeframe. During this meeting we will answer any questions you may have about the process. We want to get to know you and your story, so that we can create a beautiful space the reflects who you are.
Phase 2: Contract Development
We will prepare a design proposal as well as a project schedule for your review and approval. The design proposal outlines the scope of work and goals of the project as well as the design fee needed to execute the project from start to finish.
Phase 3: Concept
Together, we will further identify your needs and goals. I will survey your space through site measurements, photographs, and the use of existing floor plans. We will discuss existing furnishings that will incorporated into the design. We will provide you with mood boards, room layouts, and paint/wallpaper/fabric sample to provide you with a complete design vision.
Phase 4: Design
During the design phase, we’ll select all interior finishes in line with your design concept. After we present our design layout, we’ll collaborate with you to revise and tweak as needed to create your perfect design. We’ll upload all of our selections to your individualized client portal where you’ll be able to view and approve items for ordering.
Phase 5: Project Management
We will coordinate with contractors, workrooms, and vendors to execute any custom work needed such as custom upholstery, cabinetry, window treatments, tile work, or flooring. We will manage the ordering, product tracking, communications with manufacturers and reps, and handle any reselects as necessary. Professional receivers and delivery companies will receive and inspect all merchandise directly from manufacturers and freight companies. All merchandise is inspected at time of receipt for quality and photographed for documentation.
Phase 6: Installation
Once all items have been ordered and inspected, we’ll begin our White glove installation process. They will place furnishings according to our design plans and dispose of all packing materials. We will be there to ensure that every item is placed exactly in the right location and put the finishing touches on your design.
